8 vasche da 45 metri a 2 minuti, (come detto sopra i 2 minuti comprendono il tempo in immersione ed il recupero);
12 vasche con all'andata 25 metri in apnea, e 25 metri di recupero attivo;
nuoto libero come defaticamento.
